MELBOURNE VICTORY 3 - 4 GAMBA OSAKA

Very impressive and creative performance from both team, well Gamba was the better team during the game with 55 percent possession.

The game was held at Telstra Dome, Melbourne at 7.30 pm EST.

Gamba conceded first goal on the 4th minute, it was an easy goal from Danny Allsopp after Gamba's keeper couldn't clear the ball very well.

The score remain for half an hour until Takahiro Futagawa (smiley face, left) scored a long range goal for Gamba from outside the penalty box. It was a superb strike from the midfielder.

Seven minute later Gamba scored again from corner kick with amazing header. Jader Bare Spindler made it 1 - 2 for the visiting team.

Just before half time, Victory level the game with a header from Rod Fargas. The score remain 2-2 until half time.

In 66th minute, again Danny Allsopp made the home team lead by 3-2 after receiving a fine free-kick from Celeski and send a looping header to the back of the Gamba's net.

But just three minutes later Gamba once again wiped out the deficit when Yamaguchi headed home at the near post. It was not a good defending showed by Victory.

In injury time Lucas header made the home team to leave the pitch without a single point. A beautiful cross from Michihiro Yasuda made easier for Lucas to sneak out among defenders and put the ball behind the net. Again Victory's defender failed to mark the player to avoid unwanted ending.

Final result 3-4 for the visiting team Gamba Osaka ガンバ大阪。
